We are a group of ex founders, ex VCs who understand needs of Startups really well and would love to help both startups and folks who love to work with fast growing startups discover each other.

Hiring for VCs:

Success of a VC firm rides on back of talent. The ability to smell a high quality startup early and move fast both internally within the firm by rallying together colleagues and Partners, while at the same time watching out for any potential red flag to quickly drop the deal and move on unemotionally is a combination of skillset and attitude that’s rare to find. A VC needs to be trained to treat the needle moving parameters and the ignorables with appropriate weightage, and we understand that. We understand the importance of marketsize, founder-market fitment, cofounder relationship strengths, defensibility, network effects, exit value to a potential buyer, ability to have regular MIS calls, ability introduce founders to other potential customers/ partners etc very well and sniff out talent that understands all of them, and more importantly knows when to relax on some of these dimensions.
